We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to assist clients with the government attestation of educational documents. The ideal candidate will provide clear guidance on procedures, ensure accurate document handling, and deliver a smooth customer experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with government attestation of educational documents.
Guide clients through submission, verification, and collection processes.
Check document requirements and provide accurate information on procedures, fees, and timelines.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system.
Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities as needed.
Stay updated on attestation rules and government guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Freshers can apply.
Good communication skills; Hindi & English preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; professional and customer-focused.
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
