Sunberry Fresh is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Your Role

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth. Process client orders. Handle inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and effectively. Support the sales team with order processing and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Familiarity with customer service tools/software. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to stay composed under pressure. A team player who can also work independently when required.
