Position:

Customer Service Executive

Salary :

upto 4000 AED + Incentive

Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree (Commerce background preferred)

Experience:



Minimum 1+ year of Customer Relationship Management experience in the UAE

or

3-4 years of experience in the home country

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Timings: Monday to Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

& Saturday:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities



Call and engage inactive clients to rebuild relationships Achieve

35-40 connected calls per day

Reactivate

20-25 clients per month

Conduct client research through company website, Instagram, and LinkedIn Generate warm leads from the existing client portfolio Transfer qualified leads to Client Managers / Team Head

Requirements



Experience in customer service, upselling, or outbound calling Home country experience is acceptable Minimum

1 year of UAE customer service experience

preferred Strong communication, follow-up, and research skills
