9:00 AM - 6:30 PM& Saturday:
9:00 AM - 4:00 PMKey Responsibilities
Call and engage inactive clients to rebuild relationships Achieve
35-40 connected calls per day
Reactivate20-25 clients per month
Conduct client research through company website, Instagram, and LinkedIn Generate warm leads from the existing client portfolio Transfer qualified leads to Client Managers / Team HeadRequirements
Experience in customer service, upselling, or outbound calling Home country experience is acceptable Minimum
1 year of UAE customer service experience
