Responsibilities:
Support the
Sales team
in aftersales activities and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the
Technical team
to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Assist customers to ensure smooth and effective completion of services.
Provide
excellent customer service
and maintain professional communication.
Record customer interactions and follow up on pending matters.
Assist in reporting and documentation related to customer service activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
Customer Service
or aftersales support (preferred).
Strong
communication skills
in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to coordinate effectively between sales, technical teams, and customers.
Problem-solving skills and a
