Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle customer inquiries and requests through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and service requests in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, and admin) to address client needs effectively.
Support sales and leasing teams by following up with clients and providing timely updates.
Perform administrative duties including document management, MIS reports, and data entry.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to enhance engagement and support business objectives.
Customer service and sales passionate people are welcomed.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and ability to handle client issues effectively.
Prior experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree is required.
