We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and effectively presenting our products and services to ensure a great customer experience and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate, valid, and complete information
Present and explain company products or services clearly to customers, helping them understand features, benefits, and usage
Guide customers in selecting suitable products or services based on their needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
Record and manage customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when needed
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly explain products and services to customers
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team
Female candidates only preferred.
Multilingual - Fluent in English, other languages is an added advantage
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other presentation tools.
