Excellent in Drafting Emails and chats.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the corporates and individuals.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Patience and tolerance Working under pressure.
Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Requirements:
Proven
Experience of 2-3 Years
in Customer Service, business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
