8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible timing)

Up to AED 2,300

Job Responsibilities:



Handle incoming phone calls and respond professionally to client inquiries. Communicate effectively with clients and staff in

English and Hindi

. Manage schedules, book appointments, and coordinate meetings. Check and respond to emails promptly. Maintain client records and update information as required. Provide administrative support to the management when needed.

Requirements:



Own visa (mandatory). Female candidate with good communication skills. Fluency in

English and Hindi

(written and spoken). Previous customer service or office coordination experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
