Customer Service Executive
Job Description
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
Start Date: Immediate
If you have a background in customer service within the wellness, or aesthetics industry, and you're passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment,
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all clients
- Assist the sales team by promoting and upselling services and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk or reception area
- Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with therapists, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within the health, wellness and clinical fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
