Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE hospital experience in a customer service/patient relations role.
• Languages: Fluent in Tagalog, Arabic & English (written and spoken).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Availability: Must be available to join immediately.

Job Responsibilities: * Patient Interaction:

• Greet patients/visitors, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about hospital services.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, registrations, and billing queries.
• Administrative Support:

• Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Coordinate between departments (e.g., doctors, nurses, insurance) for smooth operations.
• Complaint Resolution:

• Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction through prompt service.
• Language Support:

• Assist Arabic, English, and Tagalog-speaking patients with translations if needed.
• Compliance:

• Follow hospital policies, confidentiality protocols (HIPAA/DHA guidelines), and service standards.
• Miscellaneous:

• Handle phone/email inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Support in emergency cases with administrative tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of hospital management software (e.g., Cerner, Epic).
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes.
