Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support



Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Account Management



Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Update customer information and account details in CRM systems Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement Reach out to connect with new audience to enhance business prospects.

Process Improvement



Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and protocols Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest solutions Participate in team meetings and training sessions Support continuous improvement initiatives
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
