Consistently achieve allocated sales targets.
Stay informed about competitor offerings and suggest process improvements.
Provide timely updates to the Relationship Manager on business performance.
Ensure adherence to service standards and turnaround times (TAT).
Conduct all insurance sales with integrity and good faith.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, customer service standards, and cross-selling techniques
