Customer service related to import and export.
Coordinate with clients, carriers and transporters on the movement of each shipment.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Handle correspondence and emails related to Administration and others.
Qualification:
At least one (1) to two (2) years of hands on administrative support experience (preferably in Cargo industry)* Extensive knowledge in Cargo and Logistics industry
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Good research skills and attention to detail
Tagalog speaker
Age should be 25-35 years old
