. This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Be Doing



Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through

email, calls, and messaging platforms

. Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries, issues, and complaints. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services. Resolve customer problems effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain updated records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support. Contribute feedback and ideas to improve customer service processes.

Preferred Qualifications:



1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a lifestyle brand is a plus.
