We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our tourism company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, building strong customer relationships, and generating leads. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, creating customized travel itineraries, and providing excellent customer service from inquiry to booking.
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Promote and sell inbound and outbound travel packages to individual and corporate
clients.
? Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information
and travel options.
? Develop customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel
history.
? Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
? Maintain a database of clients and prospects using CRM software.
? Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
? Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and industry news.
? Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and travel fairs to promote company services.
? Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Maintain regular communication with repeat clients and build long-term relationships.
Experience & Skills Required:
? Minimum 1 years of proven experience in sales within the tourism or travel industry.
? Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations, and travel documentation (visa,
insurance, etc.).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
? Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Fluency in English is a must
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
