Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable furniture solutions based on requirements and layout plans.
Follow up on leads, send quotations, and support sales closures
Provide accurate information about office furniture products including materials, dimensions, configurations, and customization options.
Assist customers with space planning, catalog selection, and order specifications.
Stay updated on new product lines, promotions, and industry trends.
Track order status and proactively update clients on delivery timelines or changes.
Ensure accurate documentation including sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Address customer complaints or service requests promptly and professionally.
Liaise with service and installation teams for timely resolutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback for process improvement.
Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system (leads, interactions, sales stages).
Generate regular follow-up reminders and status reports.
Use CRM tools to segment customers and assist in marketing or re-targeting campaigns.

Have 2+ years in customer service or sales support.
Communicate confidently (English required; Arabic is a bonus)
Are organized & tech-comfortable with tools like CRM.
