Excellent communication skills, The candidate should be fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi Language Responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing as well as prospective customers by handling their queries and complaints. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Patience and tolerance Working under pressure Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
