Bright Bytes Technology LLC is a Dubai-headquartered Fintech company with operations across India, the UK, and Africa. The firm provides innovative digital-finance and trading-platform solutions for Gulf investors and international clients.
Role Summary:
After completing one-month in-house training in Dubai, the selected candidate will be assigned to the Qatar branch to support customers of Bright Bytes' online trading and fintech platform. The role involves client onboarding, platform guidance, trade-simulation support, and ensuring adherence to compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in setting up and using the company's trading and fintech platforms.
Conduct beginner-level training on simulated (paper) trading tools such as TradingView or Schwab Simulator.
Provide daily market updates and trade-idea guidance within approved compliance limits.
Troubleshoot customer login or transaction issues and escalate complex cases to backend support.
Maintain client records, training progress, and performance dashboards.
Ensure documentation, KYC, and background-check compliance prior to activation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of equity trading and global financial markets.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and support entry-level investors with patience and professionalism.
Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Additional Conditions:
Document attestation and verification of educational and work credentials are mandatory before client assignment (candidate-borne cost).
Qatar posting will commence immediately after successful completion of Dubai in-house training.
