Customer Service Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service & Logistics Executive to serve as a pivotal link between our customers, service engineers, and the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end post-sales process, from quotation and order fulfillment to logistics coordination and customer feedback. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Job description is as follows:



Daily Customer Call/ email registration and follow up. Filing customer records, including contact information. Quotations follow-up with customer. Expired Quotation follow up (toner & spare parts). Assist service engineers for the quote and spare availability. Follow up of pending service quote with customers. Service payment follow up with customer. Inbound/outbound tracker updation. Spare parts/ Toner preparation. Daily VC collection Report. Daily Toner Sales Report. Logistics plan report. Daily Quotation report. Machine Delivery Customer feedback.
