Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to generate leads and upsell suitable banking products
  • Update and maintain customer records, service requests, and interaction notes accurately

  • Comply with all internal policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements
  • Support special tasks assigned by team leaders or managers
  • Demonstrate flexibility in shift schedules to meet operational service level requirements
  • Maintain punctuality, discipline, and adherence to contact center policies
Ideal Profile
  • UAE National holding a valid family book
  • High school qualification
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or customer service
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Good listening, documentation, and phone handling abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
