Customer Service Executive - Perfume Manufacturing:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Executive to join our perfume manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will handle private label inquiries, coordinate with clients throughout the production process, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to private label and bulk order inquiries Communicate product details, quotations, and timelines to clients Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams for order updates Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service Keep records of client communications and follow up on leads
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, preferably in the perfume industry. Strong communication and coordination skills Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus English, Hindi, and Arabic as spoken language will be added advantage. Candidate with UAE driving license will be given preference.
