Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound and outbound calls related to tenant complaints and service requests.
Register, track, and follow up on complaints until closure.
Coordinate with technical teams and supervisors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Send email updates to tenants, clients, and internal departments.
Maintain documentation and collect data after work completion.
Ensure all communication and records are updated in the system.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Previous experience in customer service or facility management is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Professional attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Husband-visa candidates preferred; are more desirable.
Working Conditions:
Full-time role within a Facility Management environment.
May require occasional extended hours depending on operational needs.
