Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in agriculture , Zoology or any related field
Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the pest control or service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
