CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (UAE LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
Customer Service Executive required urgently for one of the reputed department store in Sharjah.
Greet and direct customers Manage product return Manage and respond to online and social media queries Keep customers informed about the latest promotion and discounts Listen to customer feedback and to resolve the issue in a professional manner Good command over both Arabic & English language (read, write & speak) Freshers can also apply ONLY UAE NATIONAL CANDIDATES (having UAE passport & Familybook) need to apply.
