Customer Service Evaluators (Mystery Shoppers)

for high-end clients.

Position Overview:

As a Mystery Shopper, you will act as a prospective customer and visit luxurious stores, Showrooms, Hotels, Service Centers etc., in Dubai. Your objective will be to observe, assess, and report on various aspects of the customer service experience. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey and maintaining premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person evaluations by visiting assigned locations. Assess service quality, staff interaction, product knowledge, and overall environment. Follow detailed guidelines for each assignment. Submit comprehensive and timely reports through our online platform. Each visit typically requires 1 to 1.5 hours, including reporting.
Candidate Requirements:

Must be a

resident of the UAE

Own a vehicle and hold a valid UAE driving license

Well-educated

, with excellent

English communication and writing skills

. Strong observational skills and the ability to recall and document key details accurately. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently. Professional demeanor suitable for visiting high-end establishments. Previous experience in customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, or auditing is an advantage.
