Responsibilities:
Manage client requests and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Provide timely and professional support to clients via email, chat, or phone.
Coordinate with internal teams using online collaboration tools (e.g., Asana) to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in managing online platforms such as Shopify, including basic troubleshooting and client guidance.
Maintain clear and accurate communication with clients regarding orders, services, and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written English communication skills in Arabic (mandatory)
Prior experience in customer or client support, preferably with international clients.
Ability to remain tactful, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, OpenCart, or similar.
Must be located in the UAE.
