Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus). Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
