We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with strong experience in logistics and NVOCC operations to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment coordination for sea and air freight.
Liaise with shipping lines, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Prepare shipping documents, quotations, and status updates.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or NVOCC.
Work experience in Dubai is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
Salary: Based on experience
