Job Description

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers. Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with clients for confirmation and payments. Coordinate with drivers and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally.

Requirements:

Female candidate only. Fluent in

English, Arabic, and Hindi

(spoken and written). Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in transport/logistics). Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
