Role Description

We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in delivering a premium experience that represents the I AM brand values.

Note: The first two weeks will be full-time for training and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction and loyalty Maintain accurate and trustworthy records, with strong Excel skills Coordinate with teams for timely issue resolution Handle orders, exchanges, and special client requests efficiently Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications

Female candidates only Must be on the company's sponsorship Previous experience in Customer Service or Client Relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for fashion and beauty are highly valued
Working Hours

Weekdays: 6 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Weekends: 8 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Salary

Starting salary: AED 2,000
