Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai - Bur Dubai, near ADCB Metro Station. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage phone calls and messages, and provide excellent support to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages

Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly

Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Uphold company service standards at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk

Good English communication (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)

Basic computer and typing skills

Friendly, patient, and professional behavior

Salary: 4000 - 5000 AED Location: Dubai - Bur Dubai, near ADCB Metro Station Working Hours: 9 hours (with 1-hour break) Visa + Accommodation: Provided by company
