Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Process orders, forms, and applications
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a bonus
