We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues with products or services.
Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
Provide product and service information clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy; CRM experience a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
