Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring a fast, friendly, and helpful experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues transaction processing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in customer service or similar role is preferred
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and typing skills
Must be based in Dubai or willing to work on-site
