Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries in-person, via phone, or email.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
Manage front desk operations (answer calls, schedule appointments, direct visitors).
Guide customers through product options and promotions.
Collaborate with sales and design teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
1+ year in customer service, retail, or reception roles (furniture industry a plus!).
Communication:
Excellent verbal/written skills--friendly and professional demeanor.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and basic CRM tools.
