Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
Create FAQs, tutorials, and support documents to improve customer self-service.
Monitor trends and customer feedback to generate relevant and impactful content.
Manage and schedule posts across various digital platforms.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in customer service and content creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and ability to produce engaging content in different formats (text, graphics, video).
Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with CRM systems and social media analytics tools.
Experience in Customer Service.
