Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist cum Content Creator at Code Hive, you will play a crucial role in boosting the digital presence of our company and our clients. This is a dual role where your expertise in digital marketing strategies, along with your ability to create engaging and high-quality content, will help us achieve our marketing goals and enhance brand visibility. You'll work closely with various teams to implement and manage digital campaigns, create original content, analyze performance metrics, and optimize digital assets to ensure maximum engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Content Creation:

Create original, high-quality content including posts, blogs, short videos, marketing visuals, infographics, and other digital materials. Manage the full content production process from ideation to publishing. Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and marketing goals.

Content Strategy:

Plan and maintain a content calendar for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns. Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement. Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams to create cohesive marketing materials.

SEO and SEM:

Optimize website and digital content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage and monitor PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing and content campaigns. Use analytics tools to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.

Paid Advertising:

Plan, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with effective budget management and ROI maximization.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Analyze user behaviors and campaign performance to optimize landing pages, websites, and other digital assets for better conversion rates.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the design, development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. Provide expertise and support across cross-functional projects.

Market Research:

Conduct research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for digital growth.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone of voice across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Strong content writing, editing, and visual content creation skills. Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience in using AI tools for marketing productivity is preferred. Strong project management and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
