Customer Service cum Operations Officer
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the center and providing excellent service to students and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist students and walk-in visitors in a professional manner
Handle student registration, scheduling, and general inquiries
Coordinate daily class operations and logistics
Maintain accurate student records and administrative files
Manage reception duties including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
Collaborate with teachers and internal departments for smooth operations
Address and follow up on student concerns or feedback
Requirements:
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Prior experience in customer service, operations, or administration is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Competent in using MS Office and basic computer systems
Must be
based in Sharjah
or able to commute daily
