The role ensures the smooth daily operation of the Customer Service Information Desk by assisting visitors, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining service excellence in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, professional assistance to mall visitors at the Customer Service Information Desk.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of mall facilities, stores, amenities, and ongoing promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Support daily desk operations in line with Majid Al Futtaim's Customer Service guidelines.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and politely, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate the execution of the Gift Card program and ensure all payment handling complies with company procedures.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to ensure smooth desk functionality and customer experience.
  • Handle inbound inquiries by phone or in person, providing clear information and guidance.
  • Contribute to delivering a memorable and effortless customer journey across all touchpoints.
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within luxury retail, shopping malls, or five-star hospitality environments in the GCC.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic and English) preferred.
