Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and managing records.
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and redirect inquiries as necessary.
Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and internal events.
Prepare basic reports, letters, and documents when required.
Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
Liaise with different departments to support smooth office operations.
Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and a helpful attitude.
Support administrative tasks related to ongoing projects or company initiatives.
Track and manage office supply inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati Passport Holder)
Good command of
English and Arabic
(spoken and written).
Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Familiarity with office processes and basic administration tasks.
