AED 3,500We are urgently looking for FEMALE applicant who can fill in the position and should possess the following:
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall satisfaction
Provide accurate product information and support
Handles clients and provide a promotion, deals or exclusive offers update across platforms
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Proven experience in customer service and customer support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools
Background in the retail or fashion industry is a strong advantage (optional)
Ability to work under pressure and manage time in a fast-paced environment
