Customer Service Assistant - Abu Dhabi
Contract Type: 3-month reliever contract (Immediate Joining Required)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting daily operations. This role requires someone who can start immediately and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
• Assist with customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer service as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in using MS Office and customer service software/systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate at short notice.
