to handle online and in-store customer interactions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic

Arabic-English professional

to manage customer engagement, social media responses, and online sales. You will create engaging posts, respond to inquiries in real time, assist customers with orders, and coordinate deliveries -- all while driving sales and ensuring top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Post daily videos, stories, and product content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook. Respond promptly to customer messages and comments on social media and WhatsApp in

Arabic and English

. Assist customers in placing online orders via the

website, app, or WhatsApp

, guiding them through the checkout process. Answer phone calls, explain product details, prices, and promotions, and handle after-sales support. Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Monitor and assist with

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram) and boosting campaigns. Maintain a positive brand image through quick, professional, and friendly communication. Work toward

monthly sales targets

and report performance to management.

Requirements

Fluent in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Prior experience in

customer service, social media management, or online sales

. Strong understanding of

Meta Business Suite

, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce tools. Good computer and smartphone skills (posting, replying, basic data entry). Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. Familiarity with

UAE delivery systems and customer preferences
