Waschsalon Laundry is seeking a talented and creative Content and Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content and social media campaigns to promote Atlas Group of Institutions. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives
Create engaging and relevant content for the organization\'s website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms
Manage and update the organization\'s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, website traffic, and lead generation
Monitor social media analytics and adjust content and campaigns accordingly to improve performance
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Manage the organization\'s email marketing campaigns and develop targeted email content
Stay up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends and best practices
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content across all channels
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create multimedia content such as videos and infographics
Monitor and manage online reviews and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
Provide regular reports on content and social media performance to senior management
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for company social media and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
Photography experience to create visuals for layouts for social media tools such as reels, posts, etc
X years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for social media management
Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple branches simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
