Job Summary - Customer Service & Social Media Manager (English/Arabic)



We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional

Customer Service and Social Media Manager

to join our team. In this role, you'll help our customers by answering their questions, solving problems, and making sure they're happy with our service. You'll also manage our social media pages and respond to online reviews to keep our brand image positive and engaging.

What You'll Do:



Customer Support:



Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat. Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Help customers with product info, troubleshooting, and recommendations.

Social Media:



Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on platforms like Google, Instagram, and Facebook. Post content, engage with followers, and keep our social media pages active and positive. Handle any negative feedback professionally.

Order & Logistics:



Make sure customer orders are processed and delivered correctly. Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth order handling.

Tracking & Reporting:



Monitor customer service and social media performance. Share feedback and ideas to help us improve.

Teamwork:



Work with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to create a smooth customer experience. Help create clear and efficient service processes.

What We're Looking For:



2-3 years of experience in customer service or social media roles. Fluent in

English and Arabic

(speaking, reading, and writing). Good knowledge of social media and customer service tools. Experience handling returns, warranties, and order issues. Calm and professional when dealing with customer complaints. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask. A team player with a positive attitude. Experience using data to track performance is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
