We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound inquiries, drive outbound sales, and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) clients. You'll be instrumental in growing our customer base and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, email, chat, and social media. Generate new business through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and in-person visits. Convert one-time service clients into long-term AMC accounts. Understand client needs and recommend personalized service packages. Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall company growth. Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system. Prepare and send quotations, contracts, and service agreements. Follow up on payment collections and client feedback after service. Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE (cleaning/facility management sector preferred). Fluent in English. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience using CRM tools and basic computer applications. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
