We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Discount Centre in Ajman. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service through online platforms and phone communication, support sales growth, and professionally handle customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and online channels
Provide product information, recommendations, and support throughout the buying process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing promotions, offers, and services
Meet and exceed assigned sales and customer engagement targets
Collect and manage customer leads for home service requests
Assist with inventory coordination and stock replenishment when required
Communicate customer feedback, complaints, and product requests to management
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer service area
Safely keep and accurately return customer belongings when applicable
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Requirements:
Female applicants only
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills and confidence using digital platforms
Ability to work well within a team environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English & Arabic (Reading, Speaking, Writing, and Typing) - Mandatory
Ability to Commute / Relocate:
Must be able to reliably commute to Ajman or be willing to relocate before starting work
