Customer Service job description in a cake shop:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries about products, ingredients, customization, and pricing. Take and process cake and pastry orders (in-person, phone, or online). Manage order details accurately, including special requests and delivery/pick-up times. Handle complaints or issues with patience and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain product knowledge to upsell or suggest complementary items. Ensure the shop's front area is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. Collaborate with bakers and decorators to confirm order accuracy. Process payments (cash, card, or digital methods) and manage receipts. Assist with packaging cakes and pastries for safe transport. Keep track of customer feedback and report recurring issues to management. Support with basic administrative tasks such as updating order logs or schedules.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
