About Us
We are a leading Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in
sales and rentals
across prime communities. We are looking for a Someonemotivated
to connect with property owners, update our property database, and help remove or refresh inactive listings.Key Responsibilities
Call property owners
to confirm availability, pricing, and status of their properties.Update or remove listings
that are rented/sold or no longer available. Maintain and update thecompany Excel sheet
with accurate property information. Generate new listings bybuilding relationships
with owners and landlords. Follow up on leads received through portals and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with thelisting and sales teams
to keep inventory current and verified. Ensure all owner details and listing updates are handledprofessionally and confidentially.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in tele calling & Listing (Property Finder) Excellentcommunication and follow-up skills.
Fluent inEnglish
Confident on calls and comfortable handling ahigh call volume daily.
What We Offer
Fixed salary:
AED 3,000 - 3,500 per month.Incentives
based on verified or new listings generated. Supportive team and training provided.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
