We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor for my clients' leading financial services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support on services, plans, and schemes
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM documentation
- Educate customers on digital and e-channel platforms and promote their usage
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable supporting customers across phone and digital channels
- Fluent in English and Arabic
